Actimel is great for when I have bouts of IBS.

I will be travelling to India for a month and looking for a tablet replacement. Any suggestions?

      Sadly not, Wayne. I won't have access to a fridge, hence looking for tablet alternative.

      I like them all but tend to go for strawberry, fat free ones. Luckily I don't need to take them all the time.

      Yes strawberry flavour seems to be the popular of most things -My mum sometimes has them - I hink she goes for the cherry ones
