Activity Post-UFE

I have a UFE procedure scheduled for next week. I'm wondering what the recovery time was like in terms of returning to physical activities such as walking and going to the gym/weight lifting etc. I know that each person is different, but I was hoping to get a general idea. I have been asked to teach a self-defense seminar 3 weeks post-UFE and I don't know if I should commit to it or not as I have no idea what to expect. Thank you!

Hiya,
You're right that everybody is different so do listen to your body and be patient!
My experience was that I was very tender for about a week or two and lacked energy. By week 3 I was feeling a lot better and generally had more energy and my appetite came back.
I'm not a runner or gym bunny so can't comment on how soon those activities can be resumed but in general I felt normal and healthy again after about 3 /4 weeks. I could jog for a bus or train and push the hoover round the house.
Patience really is the key to seeing improvement from this treatment. Hope all goes well for you and happy to help if I can with any other questions.

Hi AyKy,
I was very sore 1st and 2nd week but started feeling better in week 3. It had to do a lot with trapped gas causing a lot of pain. You might feel better by week 3 but please don't take on anything too stressful. All the best
