Actual prostate sizes by age in CC? Need help(urinary woes)

Hello all. Would anybody with knowledge about this sort of thing be able to tell me approximate prostate sizes measured in CC for men in their 30's? (I am 35, 6'3'' and ~220lbs). I recently had some ultrasounds done due to a random case of epididymitis(no sti) and had a prostate one done just for assurance. My prostate came in at 35cc. Some have told me that this is a normal size for my age, while some have told me it is enlarged. I see some charts that state that 35cc is in the range of somebody in their 70's, which seems crazy, but i don't know which charts to trust. I don't know anything else in terms of PSA ect yet, as I'm yet to see a urologist and other tests are possibly conducted. I can urinate anywhere from 8-14 times during a 24 hour period? Yet some days i go way, way less. It's very weird. It is never a thing of imminent urgency, because I can hold no problem. However, sometimes when I go, I feel like I have not completely emptied and go again shortly after, or if I just hand around, no pun inteded, more trickles out in short streams. My drinking habits are normal and consistent. I drink one coffee a day and about 2-3 500ml bottles of water. I don't drink sodas. The urination tends to get worse later in the day as well btw.
I guess I am also having a hard time differentiating OAB vs a possible prostate issue. Or maybe a combination of both.
PS. I am going to check my results for blood work/urinalysis this week. And perhaps inquire about meds for OAB/prostate while I wait to see my urologist. I have heard certain meds pertaining to this issue can help immensely. I'm talking about Merbetriq/Flomax (Canada)
Thoughts?
Thank you!

Hi,
What makes you worried?
35cc is still around the upper margin of a normal size. If you don't have difficulty urinating, burning sensation or pain - you may not have a prostate problem (yet). You may not have an OAB either as you do not feel the urge.
Voiding up to 10 times a day is considered normal. You mentioned a feeling of not emptying your bladder - this can be easily checked by the transabdominal ultrasound with PVR.
Try avoiding medications until you have a diagnosis. Alcohol, fizzy drinks, acidic food, citrus fruit etc. irritate the bladder. You will be well.

MK,
You should see a Urologist. A PVR (Post Void Residual) test would show how much you are retaining. A Flow Rate test would probably be useful also. The drugs you mentioned would be good to try and would give you information about the condition of your bladder. If your flow rate is low and the bladder drugs don't help, the Urologist might want you to try Flomax (Tamsulosin), in case your prostate is blocking the flow.
