Has anyone had acupuncture for costa and has it helped

    Absolutely helped me. I had chronic costo for 3 years and the pain was just the same everyday really got me down. I feel like acupuncture took that chronic pain away and I slept so much better after. I also got some needles into the intercostal muscles because mine are always so tight. Have a look into a osteo in your area and make sure your body is in alignment and that with the acupuncture should help. If you see a chinese doctor for the acupuncture you can also get some anti inflammatory herbs i think they helped too. Goodluck 😃
