Acupuncture for perimenopause

Hi everyone. Has anybody tried acupuncture to help with symptoms or any other alternative therapies. Was wondering if it would be worth a try. Thanks.

    hi Dawn

    I did for 3 years in my 30s for heavy periods and just balancing me out.

    Then peri hit at 40 3 years ago and I went back to it last June did it for 5 months but I noticed cramping a brown discharge. As soon as I stopped acupuncture it went which was last December. No cramps for 6 months apart from a small polyp on my uterus lining which was removed 2 weeks ago. Had the all clear.

    It hasn't resolved my heavy periods either
