Acute earache and headaches

Hi, is there a way of causing someone pain i.e. via remotely controlled devices or injections?

I have acute earaches and headaches as well as weird feeling sometimes as if ants spreading through certain areas of my body and I am convinced my ear are fine. on top of this i noticed that the pain seems to controlled in some way, it appears at particular moments. I know there are diagnostic tests out there for pain thresholds but I would like to know whether this description can be compared to anything you know of.

i have visited gp and ent as well as dentists. i had over 4 weeks of antibiotic treatments.

should i consider abuse?
