im 63 years and have a lifetime of addiction. heroin
lsd speed cannabis methadone. now I take up 2 20 x 7.5mg . from doctors. Any advice on how I'm gonna got off this . I'm in it knee Deep n need off it but want to it a proper slow plan . I've no other addictions..
