adding buspar.

Hi all. It is dull harry. I am taking 7.5 mirt dowm from 30 on my own. Also on 150 venn and xanax 1mg 4 times a day. was told to take buspar. I was doing great until buspar after just four days. more anxiety. also went on a two day sugars binge. does sugar affect any of you .And I do meanSUGAR BINGE.

How was the reduction from 30 to 7.5 of mirt. How fast did you go ?
Why add buspar ? Why come off the mirt ?
Sugar won t help anxiety.

  I was only on mirt for a couple of weeks. not coming off mirt. buspar was for anxiety.i think to replacexanax eventually.I stopped bupar.

On that much xanex surprised you feel anything ! I would not add more meds in.
What is your diagnosis ?

  I was on xanax for 30 years earlier in my life .I am diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. Tried everything. ECT, ketamine infusions, ketamine nasal spray, a nd too many anti depressants,anti psychotics. this is the ffirst to work in a long time.
