Additional diagnoses as well as SS

whilst I probably do have fibromyalgia, I have never had an exact diagnosis as such. I just know I hurt at all the relevant pressure points. Is there a more accurate way of diagnosing this?
i’m now having quite serious pain in my shoulder joints. Sometimes they almost throb, even without any movement.I could put this down to carrying shopping bags, having to sometimes push my husband in a wheelchair when we are at the hospital, but I’m not so sure. In the past when I have had the time, I did aquarobics and I don’t remember having the same sort of pain in my shoulders even though there was plenty of exercise in the swimming pool which could have caused this. Any comments would be helpful. Thank you

sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am 75. Presently under stress as hubby has comgrstive heart failure. Have a pacemaker fitted tomorrow. Last Spring the hospital saved his life from infective endocarditis. I need to stay strong and as well as possible. I am comfort wating and put on 9 lbs & must get that in check as my folate level is slightly low( just found out this week)
Will defo check what you say. Thanks x
