Adjusting to new dose

Hey guys. Been dealing with health anxiety that affected my quality of life for about a year now. I got on Setraline on New Years Day of this year. Started on 25 mg... a month later went to 50. I found 50 to be a pretty stabilizing dose. Stayed on it for about 3 months. Felt pretty good, way better than before, but still felt my moods were kinda low at times. So 4 days ago I went on 100. But before 100, I took 75 for 1 night, then about 85 the next night. And now 100 mg on day 4. I feel my mood kinda low and anxiety is kinda creepin around. Does anyone know how long it takes to adjust to current dose??

Thank you. I guess I didnt really go through this when I switched from 25 to 50. I suppose the jump is bigger this time around. 😃

I started on 50 mg and 6 months later to 100, It was a time before I felt really better. It was like I do really better today and it became a reality that it was gradual and so I just realized that I was feeling better so hang in there.

Each situation is different . At first I had to wean off venlafexine 225 mg Thaat took 2 months then I started on Zoloft.

I am now going to 150 mg Zoloft because of reoccurece of mania and or GAD. She told me I have bipolar 1 . She just llet me know where I stood. I am feeling much better.
