Adrenal Insufficiency Symptoms of Low Cortisol after Meals

Anyone else out there get symptoms of low cortisol when they eat? I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with Myasthenia Gravis. I have had the beginnings of an Adrenal Crisis that landed me in the hospital 2X. The first one aided in my diagnosis. The second one was a freak incident after high stress, even though I was taking hydrocortisone. BOTH incidents took place after eating. To this day whenever I eat any food, (even a small snack,) I get instant pain in my limb muscles, a severe headache, weakness, and fatigue. When I am having a lot of stress or illness I will get very dizzy and shake everywhere too. It is a bit hard to separate my SAI symptoms from my MG symptoms, especially the weakness. However, I get actual pain and most Drs. still like to insist that MG doesn't cause pain. When either condition is exasperated I go into actual paralysis in my limbs. What is the trigger? Eating of course! 😉 Just reaching out to see if anyone else has experience with food causing symptoms or any fresh ideas...
