Adrenaline rush

Hello everyone!

I suffer from phobic anxiety disorder and severe health anxiety. My anxiety goes really bad last two months and now I experience something like "adrenaline rush". It feel like a wave of fear and strong stomach tickling hits you out of blue. Something like when you can't feel your phone or keys in your pocket! Like little panic.

This hits me from sudden! Even when I'm calm and doing something!

Is it normal??

Hi. Yes very normal in line with anxiety disorders. I've had these adrenaline surges numerous times, most often feeling the sensation in my arms and legs, but it hits me like a warm wave in my chest too that radiates through out my body. Like if you're sat on a chair and it wobbles, that feeling like you're about to fall off x

Yeah I do get something similar, its like a sense of dread in the centre of my chest and intense panic. It doesn't make me want to cough as such but makes me feel nauseated and sometimes I feel like I may throw up. Thankfully these particular episodes have lessened of late
