Oh es, I felt terrible and dreadful headaches. I as taken off it very quickly. I believe a lot of people don't tolerate he drug t.Hope you find something good y. I am on a Jak inhibitor ow and its so much better than the others... so far! Good luck

yes i have, i used to feel dizzy and have this nausea feeling all the time and would vomit every now and then. My urine colour had also changed to deep yellow.

Thanks for the replies.
I am actually feeling worse with swelling on my feet without any reduction in pain on the sulfazaline.

Yes. I'd been on methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine for a few months, but my symptoms were still only slowly improving.
My rheumatologist decided I would have sulphasalazine as well, with a gradually increasing dose.
I had terrible nausea, and after I had been on the full dose a few weeks I also developed a pinprick rash on my feet and lower legs. I phoned my rheumatology specialist nurse and I was told to stop the sulphasalazine.
Nausea and diarrhoea were a problem for me with methotrexate too until I was finally prescribed it via subcutaneous injection, which made a big difference.
