I have just recently won my appeal for my PIP claim I was getting standard rate for both I have now had it to enhanced rate for both of them I got a letter from them stating that my rate is still at standard rate I don't know wot to do as that can't be right as at the tribunal they said it was to be increased and also back dated not only that the I have to get it for the next 5 years but according to the dwp it's only til 2018 don't know what's going on any he played and advice would be great full

Clearly there has been a mistake by the DWP as the Tribunal decision overrides the DWP Decision Maker. You should have received documentation from the Tribunal giving their decision, if not request it.
Send copies to the DWP and ask them to correct their mistake.

i think what i would od is chase them and querry why it has been reduced back to standard when they told you otherwise and also why it is not for the full five years they indicated in the first place.
Also quote the name of the person if you can and if you have documentation to say this send them a copy. This will probably help your case i think.

As I wasent in I'm in a terrible state as I recieved no letter and I've got no money please can anyone give me some advice? I don't know what to do please help me

Dont let it rest as they have not treated you right or its not your fault the letter never arrived, Ask them why they never even rang to make sure you were aware of the appointment. Do an appeal if still no assistant contact turn to us or citizens advice.
