Have you received your letter now stating your payments ect you really must ring them to clarify but I am surprised if they only received 2 year for full components it's normally 3 or 5 you. Should ring them at once seems strange xx good luck

    Hi Buddy

Clearly there has been a mistake by the DWP as the Tribunal decision overrides the DWP Decision Maker. You should have received documentation from the Tribunal giving their decision, if not request it.

Send copies to the DWP and ask them to correct their mistake.

    Hello Bernadette,

i think what i would od is chase them and querry why it has been reduced back to standard when they told you otherwise and also why it is not for the full five years they indicated in the first place.

Also quote the name of the person if you can and if you have documentation to say this send them a copy. This will probably help your case i think.

Good luck im still waiting for mine

If you call them up and explain you had no received your letter you need to tell them and explain why you were out at the time due to a blood test.

Dont let it rest as they have not treated you right or its not your fault the letter never arrived, Ask them why they never even rang to make sure you were aware of the appointment. Do an appeal if still no assistant contact turn to us or citizens advice.
