I have a horrid sore throat and a cold and can't swallow very well . What have any of u taken for any similar symptoms?

im the same at the moment,
wondering what we can take, iv just been taking paracetamol extra,
for sinus problems, don’t know if I can take sudafed or not.
Any advice anyone please for us

but it might be people just don’t know what we can and carnt take.
iv now been told iv got shingle on my face.
Been off it for a few days and ended up in A&E early hours of this morning.

I'd check with a pharmacist on that one. I know there's things to avoid that'll interact but not sure about sore throat meds.
