Advice for klonopin withdrawl

Looking for advice for anybody that has been on Klonopin for a short period of time at a low dose. I am currently on day 9 of going from 0.25mg to 0.125mg after 2 1/2 months. I am currently having some withdrawal symptoms like heart palpitations, mild nausea, and hot flashes to name a few. How long should I expect these to last ? My doctor wants me on 0.125 mg for 4 weeks in total and then take it every other day for 2 weeks then stop completely.

    I was on that crap for about 18 months along with Trazodone.

    I was on .5mg of Klonopin for about a year.

    I did my weaning much slower than that.

    My first drop was far to much going from .5 to .25

    I took about 8 months to come off. in the end of this, I was taking .03 mg

    Please take your time. Doctors do not have a clue how to deal with this.

    I went through a very tough time, Unfortunately I also had protracted withdrawal

    I wanted to also mention that there is no low dose of Klonopin. Horrid stuff!!!!
