i would switch to something else. its really common that in the past certain meds work well for someone, but then later in the future they try the same med and it doesnt help them anymore. dont worry about that though as there's lots of other meds to try, just a case of finding one which does work for you.

I am going trough the same thing, but thinking it might just be a blip. When we take the medication sometimes we think its is a cure all but it is not. If the SSRI's did not have such bad side effects (and i was experiencing all of them) i would be more into switching to a different med but i am scared of the side effects or the new medication not working and me wasting my time while feeling ill. I am thinking of maybe increasing to 30mg, but also would like to give this blip some time to see how I will feel. Because at the end of the day we managed to be fine for some time and I am sure we can do it again. Just sucks to have anxiety, i always ask why me, its so exhausting. How are you feeling today?
