Recently i had a biopsy done because i believed that i have genital warts.

The microscopy dets stated :sections showed hyperkeratosis and irregular acanthosis. Stroma shows nerve fibres, fibrosis mild chronic inflammation. No evidence of papilloma.

Con: Features show reparative changes

My doctor stated that since there was no evidence or papilloma/warts that they did not do any staining for hpv.However the reparative changes are due to over washing and over scrubbing of the labia minora.

Should i get a second biopsy and test for low risk hpv?

Has anyone had a similar experience
