Advice needed....bad infestation!

Hi. So glad I found this site! I responed to another thread (how much do I not want to hear that word!) but thought I'd start a fresh one to describe my situation (hell!) and seek advice

I teach so I tend to blame the kids for the infections. I've had threadworms twice in 4 years despite being very hygenic at school. Each time they took some shifting.

My latest infestation is terrible. It started 9 weeks ago (saw worm in anus) and then realised I have been showing other symptoms but hadn't put 2 and 2 together.

I took an Ovex tablet but because you then have to do a massive clean I then took some Ovex liquid formula a week later incase I inhaled eggs in dust. I took the second Ovex at the right time. Things improved.

Into the 3rd week I took another tablet (a right pill popper I am!) just to be safe. Could I have made myself immune to the tablets?

I didn't change my diet and continued to drink quite a bit of alcohol on nights out. Lo and behold they came back with a vengeance.

I had them in my vagina and intestines (very itchy bottom). I freaked and took Ovex. 4 days later it hadn't improved so I saw my Doctor and like a fool, broke down in tears at age 30!

She couldn't work out why Ovex wasn't doing the job so she assumed it was down to my hygene on some level. I said that it was always possible that I was inhaling the eggs when dusting/hoovering etc. What a farce.

She gave me Pripsen (powder sachet). This certainly calmed them and I started to pass them (dead) BUT all the while my vagina was very sore and the discharge (sorry for the detail but it may help others!!) was 'stringy, white and worm like'.

Yes I freaked. Unsure as to whether they were dead. I assumed that Pripsen was getting rid...doing it's job. I made massive change to diet - no wine/beer, chocolate, cheese, bread. Cut down on carbs. Stopped all processed food. Bought stuff from Holland and Barrett herbal shop.

All went well until... the mucus in my nose appeared white and stringy. The flaming things had entered my nasal passages. I don't know how. I'd read on the internet that it was possible (they NEVER say this on the treatment information leaflet!). I freaked. My nose was itchy. I tried nasal spray...this was hurting my nose as there wasn't actually anything wrong per se. I continued with the cleaning and swabbing of all bodily areas.

I took another Ovex a day earlier than recommended (I could tell they were alive in my gut) and sure enough started passing dead worms in stools. Freaked again. Seriously - at this point I thought I was going insane. Couldn't sleep. Felt weak. Spending an absolute fortune on cleaning products. Started to actually throw away clothes, knickers and duvets (see, insane!!)

Okay, let me end this essay...sorry. Basically, I have one Pripsen sachet left to take on Friday but I still have stringy mucus in nose. Vagina is showing 'worm' symptoms again ...and...they are coming out of my eye discharge (not kidding!). I have no idea if they are alive as they are soo small and stringy (like the nose). Worse when I wake up in the morning. I was getting more crusty sleep in the eyes...then I had a proper look...and got a hell of a shock. Nearly vomited even though they were tiny and dead.

I am in hell. I do not know how to kill them in these areas. The internet says it's possible for them to reach these regions but offers no solutions.

I'm eating soo much fruit but I read that this could encourage. I just don't know what to do for the best. I am exhausted - I can't sleep, have rings under eyes, my hands are soo sore and fingers look like I've been in the bath for a month. I won't have friends over and they have noticed 'I'm ill'. School starts tomorrow and I am dreading it.

Sorry for the ramblings but I wanted to be honest and give a complete picture!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE?

Anyone ever had the discharge in the eyes, nose, vagina (sorry guys)

I am at my wits end and soo run down with all this.

Thanks for your time.

    Hi everyone

    Has enyone tried Ivermectin.

If you have a reasonable doctor you can get tablets, if not you can buy it on ebay. The one I am using is for horses, in a large syringe type aplicator, it has body wieght on the side.

One dose a year prevents most invertabretes infestations. I am taking three doses a week apart (have heard of up to eight, try one dose first). Take with a glass of water.

      Hi Kim,

Ive ordered the ivermectin horse paste but am a bit weary using it.

Have you used it yet and did it work?

      Thanks

Hi... me again, I should warn everyone about an extreme "Die off " of parasites, you can get a reaction to the dead, called a herxheimer reaction. It is still worth it to have a good Die off.

Try this, it really worked when I was a child.  I had thread worms three different times when I was growing up.  My mother would have me change my underware every morning and night  for 2 weeks and each time I put clean ones on, we would sprinkle about and tablespoon of corn starch in the crotch of my underware.  I  would pat it up into my rectal and vaginal area. The itching would stop immediatly. It was like heaven.  She said that the corn starch suffocated the worms and their eggs couldn't stay attached to the rectum and in 2 weeks all the cycles would die out.  I don't recall if I took regular over the counter pen worm meds along with this.  In reading all these posts I was wondering if a person could even dust their hair at least at night.  I wouldn't use it near my eyes though. I hope anyone who trys this finds relief from this old home remedy.

Garlic cloves cut in half and soaked in water over night might help. start off with 2 cloves to a 16oz water bottle as some might be sensitive because garlic is quite strong. I actually don't think I have these worm issues but ran across this looking for what's good for the skin problem I have. But I've been told garlic is good to expel parasites from the body. I'm doing this remedy for my itchy skin issue and was assured by my father that it will help. Well if anyone tries this let me know if it helped.

What area of the skin is itchy? I've never heard of garlic fixing itchy skin. If it's itchy all over, check for rashes. If it's just dry, Vaseline lotion will help. My personal dry skin go-to is Avon intense hand therapy. If it's anal, then it may be parasites. I noticed that while mine were active, I got nauseous from pumpkin seeds. Now I can eat them with no issues.

Here's your answer. I have had all the above except eyes. I am, get this, a 72 year old woman and my doc's wouldn't listen. It turns out I had to diagnose myself, use the "tape" test, and finally found a medical doctor who then agreed. I am in the US, where there is little knowledge in the medical community and only two meds available. I have had 8 weeks of treatment, first with one med, then the next, which will treat all worms including tapeworm. But these are threadworms, we call them pinworms here, and if they are larger than a piece of sewing thread you may have another type. It can take 8 weeks or longer for a bad infestation, since they hatch and reproduce (lay eggs) at two week intervals, laying about a week after they hatch. Do some math and it's clear you are not crazy, but instead an emotional wreck from all this like the rest of us. I have now added a herbal remedy from New Zealand to the treatment. It makes me nauseous, but they come out very dead and stained brown. Also raw beet juice helps, raw coconut, and raw garlic. You can swallow half a clove like a pill. The problem is, they will go up as far as your,(sorry), ovaries. You have to get some type of calming or sedating drug, not addictive, to let you sleep. Also no one tells you but avoid sex of all kinds until they're gone, and if you have a partner, he or she must also be treated. Fingernails very short and scrub a lot. Heat is the only thing that will kill the eggs, and since you can't see them, yes it makes you slightly crazed. Wipe your entire behind and the toilet with alcohol and after, coconut oil. vaseline the anus at night. Only use towels once before washing, and do not take baths, take showers, rinsing all areas below the waist really well. Get a new hoover.(I know I am going broke with this). Steam clean your bathroom floor or dump hot water around the floor near toilet, and wear tight underwear, taken off carefully in the morning. Put all your furniture pillows and so forth out in the sun every chance you get. You are quite sane, or you wouldn't be looking for help in this forum.

Sometimes It can take more than 4 cycles in all, meds for each one to start to clear them, then I recommend the herbal remedies that include wormwood, walnut, and up to 13 others. fresh garlic is never a bad idea, swallowed like a pill with morning tea or coffee. The liquid herbals taste wicked, but you can find something (no not alcohol) to mix in, about half cup or slightly more of, say, root beer or ginger beer, or even prune or beet juice. I am now on a New zealand brand, then I plan to try a US brand. Each has a slightly different mix but all have wormwood and walnut. If you can stand to eat pumpkin seeds, or graind them and add to cooked oatmeal or pancakes that's good too. And finally, wash your hands and nails and if you use your fingers when they have worm eggs on them, picking your nose and eyes, even ears, some will try to hatch there too. Most importantly get sleep, try everything you can find for that. Sleep will help, and remember you may always have a FEW of these, so be ready with the herbals. I plan on using them ongoing, but some people recommend once a year. You have to decide what is best for you, Including eventually, if necessary see a specialist.

Omg! Thank God I ran across your discussion. I literally just s*** out what looked like a cyst or clump of clearish, whitish, approximately 1/2 to 1inch in length, what I believe now after almost two fulk years of ridicule, investigating, and persistant research, to be parasitical worms.

Wow! How many doctors I have gone to and been literally laughed out of the office because I was certain something on a microscopic level was invading me.

My only child at age seven was recently taken from me and put into her (deadbeat) biological fathers custody due to my persistence that some parasite or "bug" was and is still very real. My family disowned me. I was blacklisted or white flagged on every medical facility within a 500 mile radius because I wanted more biopsies medicines, answers, solutions.

Everything that has been discussed has been and still is happening to me. I'm in Oklahoma. We have a lot of wind and a lot of dirt, needless to say, my allergies are a constant bother. I also have lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and several diagnosed or labeled mental illnesses. Oh, and I have eczema since childhood.

So now I am very concerned about my infestation and my daughters infestation. She is a lot healthier than I am. Thank God she did get that much from her biological father.

Anyhow, I am going to quickly recollect the order and symptoms as best I can to better explain my obsessive persistence that this is real as real can be.

Mental illness has been a handicap in this particular circumstance. Although I am nor never have had delusions illusions, nor heard anything that wasn't real meaning I know the difference between what is reality and what I creatively conjure up I my imagination.

Let's go back to winter of 2014, when I believe we were attacked, targeted in more ways than just this issue.

My daughter and I were living in a new apartment complex. The apartments were brand new, we were blessed to get the two bedroom we were praying for when a couple moved out of the apartment after residing there only two months. I was unaware that anyone had occupied the apartment before we did and only found out through the only maintenance man on the property about nine months into our lease.

It was December, when we moved into the third floor all wood floor two bedroom residence. At a glance the apartments were wonderful, big, bold, spacious, shiny, new but at a closer look was unbelievably sloppy, cheap, uninsulated, and full of problems.

I'M GOING TO CONTINUE THIS ON ANOTHER ENTRY DUE TO ITS LENGTH... CONTINUED....

    CONTINUED.....

The new apartment, I dot mean to put so much infuses on the apartment but I spent a year there trying to reason and rationalize where and when and what was invading us. It wasn't the apartment per se but possibly some element that resided there. I feel as though that is when the "bug" trouble began.

2015 summer started early in Oklahoma as it has been for some years now. When the heat hit early and the cold winter hadn't killed off the bugs fron2014

    Oops...

2014 bugs hadn't been killed off by the harsh yet short winter so the early summer heat hatched everything all at once.

Talk about a nightmare..and I really have lived on Elm Street.

We had fleas, crustaceans, scabies, lice, parasites, microrganisms galore. I had terminex spray twice and had a representative from a different branch come to anaylis their work. We were treated for scabies twice after several trips to a physician, permitheran cream prescibbed. I treated us for lice. I then sent my daughter to her grandparents while I continued to battle this unknown insect alone.

I bleached everything. I once got so irritated with the constant itching and aching that i actually swallowed a little bit of bleach. ( DO NOT DRINK BLEACH OR ANY CLEANING AGENT EXCEPT VINEGAR!)

I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed that apartment. The whole summer I cleaned everything again and again with different agents.experimenting with thecreatures until i actually had DHS come investigate me due to a bogus call (probably from a neighbor.)

    LONG STORY SHORTENED

my nose has been broken twice by abusive men in my past and my septum is crushed or detached so I already have some not so great things happening in my face.

I noticed my nose had a lot of extra discomfort. Also my mouth and eyes seem to be abnormal or foreign to me.

I also started noticing a lot of extra lent built up when I can would wash our clothes.

I thought due to my lupus that I might having caught the scabies when a stranger threw a T-shirt or work shirt in with me and my child's wash.

    N

But it wasn't just the clothes. We itched constantly, painfully, torturing.my daughter would cry when what I believed to to be eggs of the parasite hatched.

    It has been well unbelievable.

So what a relief to stumble across your conversation.
