Advice needed....bad infestation!

Hi. So glad I found this site! I responed to another thread (how much do I not want to hear that word!) but thought I'd start a fresh one to describe my situation (hell!) and seek advice
I teach so I tend to blame the kids for the infections. I've had threadworms twice in 4 years despite being very hygenic at school. Each time they took some shifting.
My latest infestation is terrible. It started 9 weeks ago (saw worm in anus) and then realised I have been showing other symptoms but hadn't put 2 and 2 together.
I took an Ovex tablet but because you then have to do a massive clean I then took some Ovex liquid formula a week later incase I inhaled eggs in dust. I took the second Ovex at the right time. Things improved.
Into the 3rd week I took another tablet (a right pill popper I am!) just to be safe. Could I have made myself immune to the tablets?
I didn't change my diet and continued to drink quite a bit of alcohol on nights out. Lo and behold they came back with a vengeance.
I had them in my vagina and intestines (very itchy bottom). I freaked and took Ovex. 4 days later it hadn't improved so I saw my Doctor and like a fool, broke down in tears at age 30!
She couldn't work out why Ovex wasn't doing the job so she assumed it was down to my hygene on some level. I said that it was always possible that I was inhaling the eggs when dusting/hoovering etc. What a farce.
She gave me Pripsen (powder sachet). This certainly calmed them and I started to pass them (dead) BUT all the while my vagina was very sore and the discharge (sorry for the detail but it may help others!!) was 'stringy, white and worm like'.
Yes I freaked. Unsure as to whether they were dead. I assumed that Pripsen was getting rid...doing it's job. I made massive change to diet - no wine/beer, chocolate, cheese, bread. Cut down on carbs. Stopped all processed food. Bought stuff from Holland and Barrett herbal shop.
All went well until... the mucus in my nose appeared white and stringy. The flaming things had entered my nasal passages. I don't know how. I'd read on the internet that it was possible (they NEVER say this on the treatment information leaflet!). I freaked. My nose was itchy. I tried nasal spray...this was hurting my nose as there wasn't actually anything wrong per se. I continued with the cleaning and swabbing of all bodily areas.
I took another Ovex a day earlier than recommended (I could tell they were alive in my gut) and sure enough started passing dead worms in stools. Freaked again. Seriously - at this point I thought I was going insane. Couldn't sleep. Felt weak. Spending an absolute fortune on cleaning products. Started to actually throw away clothes, knickers and duvets (see, insane!!)
Okay, let me end this essay...sorry. Basically, I have one Pripsen sachet left to take on Friday but I still have stringy mucus in nose. Vagina is showing 'worm' symptoms again ...and...they are coming out of my eye discharge (not kidding!). I have no idea if they are alive as they are soo small and stringy (like the nose). Worse when I wake up in the morning. I was getting more crusty sleep in the eyes...then I had a proper look...and got a hell of a shock. Nearly vomited even though they were tiny and dead.
I am in hell. I do not know how to kill them in these areas. The internet says it's possible for them to reach these regions but offers no solutions.
I'm eating soo much fruit but I read that this could encourage. I just don't know what to do for the best. I am exhausted - I can't sleep, have rings under eyes, my hands are soo sore and fingers look like I've been in the bath for a month. I won't have friends over and they have noticed 'I'm ill'. School starts tomorrow and I am dreading it.
Sorry for the ramblings but I wanted to be honest and give a complete picture!
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE?
Anyone ever had the discharge in the eyes, nose, vagina (sorry guys)
I am at my wits end and soo run down with all this.

Ovex is horribly overpriced in the US. In UK it costs about $5 a tablet, but I'm US a company bought the patent, somehow stopped all other worm treatments from being marketed, and raised the price to $800 a tablet.
THIS IS SCANDALOUS GREED. And I think the way the other companies stopped marketing any alternative so conveniently, needs looking into.
Anyway, that aside, there is not only Mebendazole, but also Albendazole.
According to the following article, M~ is safer to use because it stays in the gut, not absorbed so readily through the gut wall into the rest of the body.
But A~, while being less safe because of it, does get more absorbed into the rest of the body. And you can buy it for animals. Whether the animal one is safe for humans or the correct dose, I do not know. Read this:

I also took something called parasite clear. I took it because of a constant rolling around in my lower right abdomen that I've been experiencing for years, but it's got worse. After looking closely at feces one day, I saw what looked like tapeworm segments. So I took the parasite clear for a month. Towards the end of the course I had really bad hemeroids. I went to the digitised, who examined me and gave me cream for them and recommended banding. I took a photo of my ass because I wanted to see myself why it hurt so much. And you can clearly see little white coiled up things just under the skin. Subsequent to this, I felt an itch one day and did get a photo of this little f****r sticking its face out of my ass. Yes really. Transparent ish worm about as thick as a match. But they seem to hate light, so you have to photograph them quick.
WHY DID THE DOCTOR NOT SEE THEM??? I then went to a second doctor, with the segments in a plastic bag and he said they were "seeds". I said I hadn't eaten any seeds. He sent off samples to the lab, and I didn't ring for the results yet.
I'm tempted to do they Mebendazole twice a day for three days but the pharmacists all get nervous and quote the packaging (100 mg repeated after a fortnight) when I ask if it's safe. I've already done the official dose. It did help, much less activity now near my appendix (NONE for several days after I first took it- proof enough if I wanted it). But I want these properly gone.

I have the same problem!!
I’ve been suffering with them for the last 5-6 Years now and it’s really annoying I get them for a whole month at a time, I also get really itchy vagina and nostrils
....
sadly I have them now but a real bad case atm but I’m pregnant so can’t take anything can anyone help on this matter?

Oh my gosh. This is exactly what I'm going thru but worse. I have no idea or didn't realize anything t anal. PLEASE ITS HORIFYING, IM SO SCARED AND EMVARRASED TO EVEN ASK. THEY STARTED ON MY BIDY ACTUALLY. PLEASD HELP

Go to your local feed store and purchase a tube of Ivermectin Gold horse wormers. It comes in a tube and can be dialed per your weight. Parasites have hatch out cycles. Dose accordingly use every more or as necessary. Animal wormers are a safe and very effective way to kill internal parasites. Rotate and use Panacur the next month.
I raise horses, have dogs and cats and chickens. I'm exposed to dust and feces every day.
If you do t have a feed store or something like a Tractor Supply store, order it online. No need to refrigerate. Parasites are parasites. Mammals are mammals. It all works the same. It doesn't taste bad. Get the Apple flavored paste if you are sensitive. Doctors don't prescribe animal wormers either because they don't know or they don't Get the kickback for writing the prescription. Guarantee you. These work.

Have you heard of diatomaceous earth? It must be food grade. I also took this and it helped stop it. However, I did get constipated but it did kill them. I have also done enemas, this also worked. I did a coffee enema learn about this on YouTube or listen to Dr Felicity Corban Wheeler talk about deworming with these. The Castor oil sorted out any constipation. It also cleanses the liver and other organs. I use it so. Why do they say you can't use orally? When it always used to be used. I can guess! X

O don't think pinworms can get into the nasal passages they can't survive there they have to live in the intestine and the colan I thought I might have had pinworms in my nose but I went to the ENT docter today they told me o had nasal congestion which means it's hard to breathe through the nose

Ive had them in my eyes and nose and vagina for2 years i can't get rid
I went to the hospital to show them they admitted to seeing them in my eyes.. Then called social services on me to investigate if it was from neglect. They didn't treat me and they said they didn't know what it was.
I wake up with white discharge in the morning and crust when i pull my eyelid down i see the long translucent worm.
They come out of my vagina dead in the daytime mixed with discharge
My bum itches day and night
Ive had Ivermectin and Albendazole and spent 200 pounds on mabendazole. Nothing works
I don't know what else to say other than your not crazy and i dont know what they are but they can't just be threadworms

I am now 35 Ovex/ vermox tablets in ( same stuff , different brand names). This medicine no longer works. 10 weeks in I regret stopping the DE, Epazote tea etc to take just Mebendazole and regret it as it has all just got worse. I am going back to DE, Epazote tea and Apple Cider Vinegar tablets.
