Hello,

I am looking to get the Rafaelo procedure as it seems relatively pain free compared to other options that are available. It will be self pay as i cannot wait for 2 years on the NHS because of COVID. This has been around for 7 years no external lumps. i'm 28 Male and this condition is destroying me physically. no energy to do anything.

what advice would you give to me regarding this procedure or should i look for an alternative surgery option?

what is the after care like?

thank you

You can probably get it done on the NHS about 9 months from your first exmination. I couldn't wait that long because of the pain and went private at The Whiteley Clinic in London, cost me £2,700.

If you have internals then Rafaelo is 100% the way to go, but expect at least a month of recovery. After 6 weeks I had a check-up appointment, included in the fee, and I could contact the surgeon on his mobile any time with questions.

For in depth details and advice check out my recovery diary.
