Advice needed please (loosing my mind)

hello, been suffering with something (red glans) since I can remember, I am male 22, haven't had sex.The thing is i don't have side-effects besides appearance, no itch, no burning, no sensitivity, nothing. Basically I went to urologic and 3 different dermatologists, basically two of them just said my penis looks like that because I'm pale myself and I have blood vessels nearby the skin surface (glans). I refuse to believe this. When I have an erection penis turns even more red like dark red.. One dermatologist had me both swab tested and urine tested (all negative as it should be) i got treated with antifungal, (travocort which is strong steroid + antifungal) also clotirmazole., also antibacterials like fucidin. and protopic,(ointments) that works like steroid. none of them did anything... I see maybe a slight improvement from aquaphore. Also I do have a good hygiene and rinse my penis with water at least once, usually more. The thing is I am scared to get intimate with somebody as they might think I am sick or something, how you guys deal with this? Sometimes it looks quite normal when flaccid but still.. Two pics one with flash other w/o last pic with erection.. Girls are constantly wanting to date me however I am afraid to expose my dick.. Im currently using xanax etc since I cant live like this, its killing me.

The dark red colour of your erect penis is to be expected because of the increased amount of blood that makes the penis erect.

Even when soft, the reddish colour does not look like any sign of a disease.

Your penis looks normal to me.

I wouldn't worry about what the girls might think.

Even if they have seen many penises, they know that every penis is different.
