Advice on change in cycle whilst on HRT

Hi, I'm new on here and was hoping for some advice please. After years of peri menopausal hell and trying different HRT treatments, I have had great success with Oestrogel and Utrogestan. I take Utrogestan for 14 days as I still have regular periods. However, over the last two months I have been having my period after only 6 days of taking the Utrogestan (day 20 of my cycle). Do I continue to take the remaining 12 tablets or do I stop and begin on day 1 again? Also, has anyone else had this issue or know why it is suddenly happening? Thanks in advance
