Advice on how to pass the time when you don't feel well?

How does everyone pass the time when they don't feel well?

If I can't stare at phone/computer; can't go for a walk; use headphones bc it makes the ringing in my ears worse. Reading is hard because of focus, etc. etc.. I don't want to lay in bed with my eyes closed all day.

What do you all do?

Thor me I still have a cassette player and CD player. Talking books and relaxation discs or music.   Do you live alone , this can make time even slower.     Give the talking books ago.

I agree staring at phone or PC and issue however I discovered Clash of Clans...something about concentrating and not having flashes seems to help me stay focused and I only do bight size lengths of time.so as not make me sick.

Depending on how bad my day is I of course I find small light chores can help.

I'm not sure if this will be any help.

This was terrible for me too at the beginning, couldn't focus on anything...it does get boring.

Sometimes I would have the TV on but not really watch it as even that was uncomfortable.

Listen to relaxing music on my iPad using the speakers instead of headphones.

if you feel you can, some gentle exercise. I even done some stretching exercises whilst lying in bed
