Advice on HPV please?

Hi, to cut this post as short as I can I'll try and shorten my situation as best as I can, sorry if the post drags on longer than expected, about a year ago towards the end of December I noticed I had genital warts on my penis, I was scared and shy about seeing anyone I told mylast sexual partner and she said she had one or two warts too and got them frozen... me I went and got the cream from my clinic after they had a look and confirmed it was warts... so a few months later after going back to get more of the cream it still hadn't done anything.. just by chance as I had symptoms of diabetes I went and got checked for that, turns out I had really high levels and I had type one diabetes.. sorry I'm going off track here but that is why the cream didn't have any effect, well now my diabetes is stable and for the last 3 weeks I've been getting my warts frozen and they have gone rapidly down if not gone! I saw the lady at my clinic again today who has been helping me with my warts and she said she is happy how the treatment has gone and that the skin is just not flat yet like the warts have gone but the bumps on the skin haven't totally dissapeared yet but the warts themselves have gone my skin just needs to completely heal... now I've read so much stuff online that basically sounds like my sex life is over, I'm going to give it a couple more weeks to let my skin heal and see how it looks then and I will use condoms if I do meet a girl after them few weeks but it sounds like no matter what I do I'll end up giving the girl hpv if she hasn't already got, I'll end up giving her cervical cancer in the future and all this other bad stuff that will go on... basically what I'm trying to ask is... is my sex life over and should I be as safe as I can be so like not giving or receiving any oral sex... just sticking to vaginal sex with condoms? I read somewhere that it's very very rare that once the warts have gone that oral sex will give the girl throat cancer later on in her life or warts in her mouth... would appreciate any advice and sorry this has still dragged on after trying to shorten it but thanks for listening.

ORAL SEX is considered as low risk for HIV to transmit. if you received oral sex (penis to month) then the possibility for HIV to to pass is 0%. if you give oral sex to other people(month to penis), then the possibility is around 0%-0.04% for HIV virus to transmit.
However, the other STIs could passed by oral sex.
Regularly check (every 3 month) is required.
Take care and enjoy your life.
Best,
Hugo
