Advice on my Lyme symptoms

Hello All
I'm looking for some sound avice if anyone can help me out as I think I may have similar symptoms to Lyme disease, here is my story:
June last year I was in Indonesia with work for 2 weeks, hotel and office based so I wasn't going anywhere near woods etc, anyway after a few days I noticed I had a small bite on the top of my arm just above the elbow and it was slightly red and raised as if it was a mosquito bite so I thought nothing of it (dont remember if there was a ring around it or not but the who area was round itself where the bite was).
About a week after that I came down with some of the worst stomach pains through the night I have ever came across accompanied with night sweats, really really bad diarreha (the diarreha lasted for nearly 2 months but I will get back to that) but I was travelling back to the UK the following day I did not go to the doctors striaght away but now I wish I had. The next day and flight home was painful with stomach cramps coming and going every 20-30 min.
So, I returned back home and I was off work for a few days until the stomach cramping pains went away which in time they did. However I still had a gurggling stomach and bad diarrhea for weeks so I thought enough is enough and went to the doctors (i just thought it was lingering food poisioning). He tested my stool sample as he suppested a parasite/h pylori infection and sure enough I had h pylori so I was put on triple theropy for this and that seemed to do the trick with my stomch but its the symptoms that have occured since then that make me feel I may have Lyme disease which are:
I felt drained for weeks and months after returning home and was sleeping alot, this could have been due to the h Pylori infection but I couldnt keep my eyes open from about 3pm onwards.
Over a period of time after returning from Indonesia I started to get small lumps in and around my lymph nodes around my jaw going down my neck , chin, sides of neck and under arm pits over the past year. The small lumps can be quite painful at times when felt and the ones under my armpits ache. Some lumps have even appeared at the bend in my elbow and in my arms. I would just like to make one thing clear that I'm not imagining these lumps, they have never always been there.
So back onto other symptoms, I have had severe neck, back and shoulder pain which went on for weeks and possibly months I can not remember the length of time. This has eased off now but I still get the dull ache in both my neck and shoulders.
Night sweats which were fairly often after returning from Indonesia last year which have now eased off but I still get them.
I have a feeling in the top of my thighs as if I have pins and needles especially my right thigh and at one point I could not move my leg without it feeling numb, this is still ongoing now.
I'm short of breath and have pain in my chest, I also hear and feel noises in my chest when I move my neck at times like a cracking sound its very strange. If I take a deep breath and hold it my whole body shakes.
One of the wierdest things is all the muscle twitching I have which I have recorded so if anyone would like to see this video just let me know as I have been having them for around 9 months now. The twitching can happen in my neck, on my arms, hands legs, down the side of my body basically anywhere but its most aggressive and active on my thighs. The twitching I get every day and can last from 10 seconds to a minute each time.
When I'm laid in bed at night I can also feel my heart racing which makes it difficult for me to get to sleep.
In the back of my throat there is also what looks like some sort of growth (the nose, ear and eye doctor took a swap which showed no bacteria so she put in down to lyrangitis due to acid reflux which I suffer from) which has been around for a year and after my return from Indonesia I felt as if there was something stuck on the back on my tongue for weeks but no pain.
I still have pains in my stomach when I press on the abdomin area and just under the rib cage.
I guess I'm looking for advice, has anyone else suffered these symptoms and has tested positive for Lyme? Where would be the best place to go for Lyme tests as I hear UK do not reconise it and can give false readings in some tests.
Could a small what looked like a mosiquito bite infect me with Lyme?
Are there any other diseases that have my symptoms?
By the way I'm 33 year old male and until last year never had any health problems and sorry for the long post.

Lyme Disease mimics hundreds of possible diseases. If you are concerned I would suggest you seek advice from Lyme Disease Action. Here is their website link http://www.lymediseaseaction.org.uk
You will find lots of information on that site and can even contact them via email for support or advice.
I wish you well.
