Advice on new medication

Hi all.

I am currently going through a really bad flare as the biologic i am currently on has stopped working. (vednolizumab)

i have been offered inflizimab (Remicide) and a newer drug called Upadacitinib.

My consultant has asked me to read up on both treatments and make my own decision on which I would prefer to start taking.

Just wondering if anyone could give me any feedback on either drug, good or bad and how well you responded to it and also any nasty side effects.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
