Advice on tablets please magnesium and vitamin d

Advice pease

I have been suffering with anxiety for a good while now and have had counselling ect I’m back to the point when it’s every minuate of the day I’m thinking about how I feel as there’s always a symptom ie jelly legs , tiredness, feeling hot, dissiness , tension headache....

I am on sertraline , have a salt rock lamp and a lava bead bracelet but wondered if anyone had tried vitamin d and magnesium tablets and if it helped at all though it was worth a try so have ordered some

    I take a multi vitamin that has bith of those in them ... and also a kalms if my anxiety is bad that day. There natural herbs and work fab! ! I had a chineese massage and acupuncture done recently to help with anxiety and it was amazing too. The relaxation I felt was insane like nothing before. How long are you on sertraline? I hear salt lamps are good. But dont have one... Sometimes if your anxiety gets worse you might need to up the dose. I get all the symptoms you do btw xx

    Hey I take paroxetine but only takes the edge of my anxiety. But I also take a tranquilzer could lorazepam but it’s highly addictive but amazing

    HI I am on proazc low dose still don't help with anxiety, tried all vitamins, and also diazapan low dose , week 12 on prozac, bad dreams, very tired, shakeing still, what dose are you on, and for how long

      Hi I was on 100mg of sertraline have been on it for a year I dropped the dose to 50 mg about 6 months ago as I was managing it but then I dropped it to every other day and it didn’t suite me so have started taking it every day again just feel symptoms every day atm and struggle to get through the day

      Hi sorry to interject but amazed you are on such a combo of drugs. Diazepam. Well bad news. They are not recommended now except as a bridge to get off benzos.

    Hi Try not to worry. Magnesium, Vit B12 , Vit D are good starting points in all this.

    Sertraline. ugh.
