Advice on what’s going on in my female area?

Can anyone tell me if i were to have fingered a female who had HSV-2 would i develop genital herpes? i washed my hands after but 6 days later i started experiencing a pretty intense burning sensation on the outside not the inside of my vagina. My vagina was super red and hurt to even touch, as if she was swollen. I have a pretty thick white discharge but its not cottage cheese like. I did get tested, it showed up negative but based off what I have been reading, it could had been too soon. When i went to the doctor, she gave me medicine for both UTI and yeast, although it does not burn when I pee. She said my discharge does not align with BV. I will admit I have been tugging and pulling at my vagina to see if I could notice anything and I am inserting a picture here: could this be herpes? Any advice? This is on my labia if pulled towards the right, this is the left side. image

      dont worry thats not herpes at all. its normal, it looks like fordyce spots which are nothing to worry about
