Advice on when to take vitamins....

After a recent accident resulting in a severely broken ankle I was advised by my chiropractor to take Magnesium, Vitamin D3 and also Omega3 Fish Oil to aid my recovery. I’ve purchased Omega3 1200mg Active EPA/DHA 360mg, Magnesium 250mg and Vitamin D3 25ug. I currently take the tablets/capsules at the recommended dose first think with my breakfast in the morning. Is this right or should I vary my intake particularly the 3 capsules of Omega Fish Oil..
