Hi i just wondered if anyone could offer me some advice

    Well im 29 and Well for the past few months I've noticed the odd bit of blood on the tissue after I've passed a stool, and for a hour or so after having the toilet it burns / and is sore /and uncomfortable at my back passage, really uncomfortable to sit on for periods of time and generally just getting a lot of sharp pain in that area. Thanks

      It sounds as if you have an anal fissure or a haemarroid. If the blood is bright red then it probably is. Go see your doctor and get it confirmed. You don't mention stomach or gastro problems so i would say it is anal fissure or haemarroid....
