caught genital warts few months back but before that my gf performed oral sex on me shes never had cold sores before but ive had them since childhood anyway the next day i noticed a cold sore coming on my lip so went into panic mode, didnt inform my gf about it cus i didnt want to make her worry. we both had swollen lymph nodes but as far as i know shr never had any tingling or itching just a few water infections she said. ive never had any tingling itching or any problems eith urination the one problem i had and still have is really bad lower back pain and have had it for a yeat now and it comes and goes. but me and my gf finished and now i have been having sex with another girl and mow 2/3 weeks after my back pain has been severe and now i can feel it in my tailbone and bum, really worried now that this is herpes can anyone please give me some opinions and what they think this is??

    a cold sore is herpes hsv1

      do not perform any oral sex whilst u have a blister or until has totally gone for risk of spreading to genitals

      herpes is basically a cold sore on the genitals hsv2 same as mouth but on the penis or vagina so if u have got any blisters on your penis the same as wats you get on ur mouth then u have herpes hsv2

      i get cold sores all the time and have never experianced back pain or ache from getting them iv read that some people do get it but from wat ur sayin i wouldnt have thought it would have been that painful id got see ur gp to have it checked just to be sure theres no unlying issue there
