Advice please

This morning I woke with an intense feeling and thought that I was going to have a seizure and I can't get the thought out of my head that I'm constantly about to go into the seizure the feelings have been the worse they have ever been and so convincing that it is going to happen I'm also afraid the more I think about it The more I think I m going to bring  a seizure on myself. I'm so scared and idk what to do I just need some advice please

    I don't know what to say but iv had this thought. I tend to get something in my head and then I believe Its going to happen. We know its crazy but we can't calm down. I take a cool shower and think about my breath going in and out and think about your feet feeling firm on the ground so u feel more rooted

      Well that's been my thought since a few months ago when I saw my friend have one and that's what triggered my panic attacks in the first place but idk I just feel like I have the feelings and I can like feel my body kinda starting to go into something idk it's hard to explain but it's terrifying

    was she having epilepsy attack if you do not suffer from epliepsy then you will not get a seizure 

    as you have been advised relax calm down and stop worrying

      No the doctors said he had a seizure from stress but my doctor said that's not possible so it scares me to know that i don't mnlw exactly what caused the seizure

      pregnant lol 

      etc

      epilepsy

      stress makes you have a panic attack which may have seemed similar but its not 

      so as advised stop worrying  relax go for a walk  etc

    i think i know how you feel. When i feel it coming i sometimes somehow force it to come so its over and done with because i know it will come sooner or later. But maybe this is not the best thing to do. Maybe you should try relax yourself by going for a walk or taking a bath, try take your mind of it and keep calm smile
