    Hi Ingrid

Ouch, yes I have and it's not pleasant.  Had this pain many years ago and it came and went.  It's all part of Fibro, it can strike anywhere.

Gentle hugs and take it easy wink xx

Hi Ingrid;   yes, I too, have these pains, and normally I would say, probably Fibro in the Pelvic Ligament/s, and need to treat as with other sites.......but until you have it checked out by GP, make sure it is not an Hernia.  With an hernia, you may have noticed "something give" at some time (eg when lifting/pushing and can be more easily acquired if you have had an hysterectomy??) .....it does feel similar, for as I have had both.....so it is probably a good idea to ensure that it is not, first.....then if not (and an ultra-sound will diagnose properly), then treat as all other areas (I find the best for me is sitting/lying with a hot pack over area).....good luck............Bron
