Hi all smile i am in need of a little advice from you more educated in ms and the symptoms, i was diagnosed CIS in July last year after mri showed demylination on my brain, no other real problems since but the odd brief sensation problem (not sure was even connected), a few days ago i got a patch on my lower leg just before my foot on the front felt almost like my skin was scolded, over the last couple of days this feeling has spread to both very lower legs and feet, they feel like a cold burning sensation (odd thing to say i know) there is no difficulty walking and no other problem just this cold pain type feeling, now the problem is i fly out on my holidays next week for a month, my insurance are fully aware of my cis status and i know i will be covered but not liking the thought of being poorly when away, is this likely to be connected and if so should i expect it to maybe get worse or is this just a usual blip associated if it is at all, sorry for the long post and its possibly a confusing one just dont want to go to the docs with it just yet

Unfortunately, it's impossible to predict how MS is going to develop/behave. However, years ago, my neurologist said that his observations make him feel that MS is most likely to progress at a fairly steady rate. As you sound as though you're at a pretty early stage, you have every reason to believe that you can enjoy planning for your holiday, you should be fine. You've even obtained health insurance that covers you, in the unlikely event of more serious MS symptoms.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday x.
