Hi there I have been going through similar situations for about 10 years now. For the past 10 year I've been struggling with foggy head symptoms, brain zaps, constantly feeling off balance, hot flashes, muscle aches, nerve pain, palpultations, tremors extreme fatigue dry mouth constant dioreah, sometimes breathlessness and muscle twitches but most recently social anxiety and depression, because of my symptoms. I've had all bloods checked they all came back fine been to multiple scans mri, ct scans they where all normal had my thyroid checked not long ago which was good too and my gp is starting to lose patience with me which makes not want to phone anymore, But today I was looking at lyme disease could this be the case.

sorry you are going through this. but the worst thing you can do is try to search and self diagnose because you’ll never be able to. Nothing online is going to pertain to your individual situation. With any symptoms you can come up with 100 different conditions that also include those symptoms but that doesn’t mean that you have it.
it looks like you may possibly have long-term stress and anxiety with the symptoms that it carries. I have had all of your symptoms on and off for over 30 years. All due to stress and anxiety stemming from childhood.
your GP is not going to do much for you. Especially since you have had all those tests done there’s nothing more that he or she can do. I have been through that also.
The best thing you can do is get some counseling on a regular basis to manage the social anxiety and whatever else is going on.
I do that virtually once a week and it works great! I actually look forward to it.
sure you can get checked for Lyme disease if you would like but chances are it won’t be that. Try to avoid getting caught in that circle of getting checked out for every possible disease. You have had testing and it’s fine.
hope you get some support! Take care
