I have had LS for two years and have maintained it but now i have had a flare up.i have a patch of redness which is sore .i wondered if anyone has tried manuka honey and how should i use it. Looking to go down a more natural path

Are you doing clobetasol and rubbing it in for 90 seconds twice a week? Thats what gets through the hardened layers. I have heard of borax baths. They have not been studied because funding is so low, but many swear by it.
