Advice pls anyone.

hi guys. i started 20mg of prozac 2 weeks ago. just this weekend gone i had to go get a new perscription because the ones i were taking ran out. anyway the chemist changed the brand of. and the night after i started the new brand like the very next day ive been feeling very nauseous and hot like. got some headaches aswell. im wondering would a change of brand cause this. because im starting to overthink things with my anxiety and im freaking out that its something else. especially with this virus.
