Advice with lower back pain?

Hi!

A while ago I had a yeast infection, I felt all swollen inside, the opening of my vagina was all white but then it started improving (I had some clotrimazole). Then I found some growths on my vaginal opening and anus, so I called my doctor for a check up and he said it would be better to see a gynaecologist and referred me to one so I haven't get checked yet and my appointment is until may 10th.

I posted some photos here and now I think it's just VP and haemorrhoids at the same time. However I started feeling swollen inside, I have a mild lower abdominal pain (maybe an ovary?) and lower back pain also on the right side, close to the spine and coccyx and I wonder If that's all part of the same, maybe an infection?

I'd like some advice, has anyone else experienced the same? Should I insist my doctor to have a check up or should I wait to see my gyn directly? is it something I should worry about?

    I am experiencing something similar but when you had a yeast how bad was the swelling and was there a smell? Because I think I am experiencing my first Yeast Infection and I ordered some Monistat to help cure it
