Advise please

Hi, I have been suffering with awful ear pain now for 5 days. 4 days ago I saw a health care professional who had a look and told me that it looks like a middle ear infection with a potential perforation of the eardrum. She prescribed me 15 Amoxicillin 500mg tablets. 4 and a half days later and I'm still in agony. However, in the past hour there is a lot of puss from my infected ear so I'm hoping that the pain will now start to subside and I'll be pain free by the morning. My concern is that I only have 1 Amoxicillin left and it is still painful. I'm also concerned that I don't have enough to completely kill the infection. Obviously if it still hurts in the morning I need to go back to the doctors but is it advisable to ask for more antibiotics anyway seeing as I only have 1 left? Thanks.
