Advise reassurance please

Suffer with nerve pain and anxiety

Been on 200mg for about six weeks

Friday doctor doubled it too 400mg

From what I read the drug seems effective

But it's whacked the hell out of me, can't think or drive

Doctor said take all 400 at night, then a lot of other people say split the dose morning evening

1. The sleepiness is playing havoc with my back laying about how long roughly till it passes as I can't work

2. Time to effectiveness for nerve pain and anxiety?

3. I have 200mg capsules, should I take all 400mg at evening?

Just someone who has took this please no horror stories as I am already committed

    Lyrica usually works for anxiety on day 2-3.  300mg worked well for me.  I take my dose all at night to avoid excessive daytime drowsiness.  It lasts all day for my anxiety.

      How long did the morning head fog last I have just gone 200 to 400

      Unfortunately mine never went away.  It does wear off after a couple hours.

      I am taking some during the day and the fog and sleepiness are stupid
