Advise with anxiety

Hi I have been on citalopram 10mg for approx 6 years now I have had 1 bad reaction to antibiotics but overall have been relatively ok . However the past week I am having the dreaded feeling which i hate i am so afraid that i am going back to how i was at the beginning and was wandering if HR T would be more beneficial . I have been quite ill will a cough but normally am ok and can get over it for some reason i cant this time
