AF has returned and coping well

i had my first episode of AF 10 years ago i was cardioverted put on sotalol and blood thinners.

over the past 2 months i have been to emergency 3 times for really bad palpitations but they found nothing as usually gone by the time i got seen and it was suggested that it was more of a mental problem and i heard one nurse say i was seeking attention

well last week i got palpitations again and went to emergency a different one this time nurse took pulse said in AF doctor also took pulse said in AF but by the time i was hooked up to monitor it had gone. i have been very stressed and anxious since have been to GP and he set me up with a 24 hour monitor nothing found

i just cant relax and my heart is racing which makes me more and more agitated. the hospital dont intervene if taking blood thinners and sotalol unless in AF for over a week.

need help on how to cope
