hi guys , i am 20 male i did 4 ecg and echo test and cbc and tsh and i dont have high/low blood pressure and every thing is good , i have read on the internet about heart problems so i thought i have something bad . my main issue now is that o have palpitations all day i feel them all the time and this is really scary . i have extreme anxiety all the day also for 8 moths so i think So I think that I have atrial fibrillation I have never had a pulse more than 100 and I think I should do halter monitor or stress test and also I have never had chest pain that goes to my left-arm or my lower Jew or my shoulder never. I insist on my doctor to do the stress test and the halter monitor but he refused he said that I am totally K and I can go normal and live my life and forget the problem and it my ETA maybe from my Alexander tea but it’s really bothering me that I am having palpitations all the day also I’m thinking about them also all the day so I don’t know maybe it’s from anxiety or something else but I also ask myself how I will get afib ? All my family members do not have any problems in their hurts no actual fibrillation no heard the tax nothing everything is good so genetically I think I’m okay but also I don’t know what should I do ?what do you suggest to do also it’s so expensive to do the halter monitor and the stress test so if there is another solution to distinguish what is wrong . do you know something else that can make me know the problem ? And I also want to know the symptoms of the office that can make me know there’s a problem or not because I had a panic attack once in the past eight months is just one episode of the panic attack and it never happened again .

****** i have rxperienced skipped beats and occasional palpitations dince i was in my 30's
the reaction is initiated by thought and being too conscious of your body. the problem gets worse since your initial reaction of fear pumps adrenaline into your bloodline making the palpitations continue meditation will help there are sites with meditation music onyoutube

if you was ever in ER and hooked up yo a heart monitor trust me they would see that you have AFib i know this cause my stepdad has it and when he was in hospital it was caught right away. im sure an EKG woukd also show AFib as it woukd show irregular heart rhythm

sorry you are dealing with the palpitations, they are super annoying. I would do a monitor and then see if the Dr can give you medication to smooth things out. Maybe a beta blocker. hoping for the best for you!

Do you take magnesium? If not, I highly recommend that you do! I take a liquid magnesium and I rarely ever have heart palps anymore. Stress depletes magnesium.
