I sneezed very violently two/three days ago, not to the outside, was more an internal thing, it caught me off guard. I felt an instant squeeze all over the front side of the throat accompanied with an intense pain, after a minute it was all right, but I couldn't almost talk from the pain in the first minutes. Now, one, two days afterwards I fell an acute pain, it goes away, then comes back, I can talk, drink, eat, move my neck like I normally do, for no particular reason the pain comes, two to five seconds very intense and acute, goes away, an an hour, two hours, six hours, it depends, it comes back again, very short and sweat. It's coming in shorter and shorter periods, I believe, I'm scared I damaged something. Do you have any idea of what this could be?
