After/before my period EVERY month, vagina turns white, bubbly, itchy

Hi, for context, I got a yeast infection summer 2021. They gave me metronidazole, which worsened the problem, and then topical clotmitrazole/oral fluconazole helped the first time. Since then after/before my period EVERY month, my labia and inner vagina would become white like this for 2 weeks instead of the usual pink color. It's itchy and very dry, but then when my period comes, it all goes away!! It gets more swollen with stress and coffee. I've tried a couple months of oral fluconazole, topical nystatin, topical clotmitrazole, boric acid suppositories without success.

Please please help me or any doctors you recommend? I have not been sexually active since this started and I'm so worried this is here forever 😦 image

I think it may be one of the lichens...possibly lichen sclerosus. Stop treating yourself with anti fungals, this is not a fungal infection. Try a gynaecologist or an STI clinic, although this is not an STI. The first treatment is often a steroid but you need for it to be properly prescribed by a professional.

I am assuming you are not in UK?
