After blood sugar detected, body chills and too much anxiety

I am M 47. My previous history: I take Amlodipine 5 for hypertension and Rosuvastatin 10 for cholesterol.

1)In 3rd week of May, I felt weakness in my hands and arms and thought a blood sugar test is required and I was tested sugar positive on 26-05-2020. Then Dr. gave me medicine

(a)Gemer DS 2 (b) HH Omega, and (c) Lipaglyn.

Among them, I took HH Omega apart from usual medicines stamlo and rosave. As I was supposed to control BS by exercise and dieting, I took only 3 tablets of Gemer DS 2.

Simultaneously, I felt my head hot with normal body temparature and I told my doctor, but he was of the opinion that fever should be in the whole body. Then I was in tension for at least one week of time for possible covid infection. Also, I got cold in leg only in one night.

2)But, by the grace of Almighty, I felt normal in second week of June and I maintained regular walking and diet and my sugar level was almost normal. It is still normal.

3)On 1st July, my wife got fever as she took bath in cold water at night and on 3rd July, my son got fever. For this, I was completely scared as they might get infected with covid. However, they became well after a week of time, but I started to suffer with cold (chill) with no fever, no cough or nothing like that. Only I use to get cold (starting from 5/6 July). The cold is not throughout the body. Only part/s of the body become cold at a time and this is like an episode (you may call it as a cold attack). The prevention is very difficult, I mean, if I wear blanket, then after some time cold gets relived but too much hot (as it is summer now) is there and too much sweat is there. Nowadays, the cloudy weather also chills me. Also, I get weakness in muscles.

4)On 18th July, I consulted a dibeties specialist and he gave some medicines:

(a)Tab ARK AP, (b) Tab Kpgaba SR 75, (c) Cap. Vitaclub Q10, including my usual BP and Chlesterol medicines.

I was taking them. On 22-7-2020, I felt too fast heartbeats when I was in cold attack. After that, I stopped the above medicines.

Now, I am suffering from: 1) Chills and 2) tension-tiredness--fast heart beats etc., perhaps, called fatigue, and (3) Weakness, with no fever, no cough. Also, I cannot think anything positively. My mind is upset. I don’t find interest in anything, may it be eating, may it be going market for buying necessities for house, may it be prayer, may be it the career of children, anything.

So, what should I do now? I saw in internet that this can be a symptom of Hypothyroid or Anxiety-Panic Attack. So, kindly tell me whether it is a case of Thyroid or a case of Panic Attack or something else? Kindly give me an advice what to do.
