After bowel movement

Please can anyone advise. I have been living with anal fissures for months now. No improvement despite changing my diet etc. My question is.. After I've been to the loo I have a long bath and then apply all the creams etc. After about 30mins I start burning and stinging. I seem to slightly leak after which is obviously causing this. Its so painful. Any hint on what to do??

have you been to your doctor's? I would try and get some creams off them in the first instance and see how that works.
one of the mistakes that I think I was making rent applying creams was I was just applying it on the outside of the whole rather than slightly inside. I would suggest getting some cling film could you would then wrapped around your finger and then apply Sudocrem to it. I found this really helped as well as having a dip in a sitz bath.

Thanks for the reply. I was told by the consultant to place the cream round the area as I can't put it inside. Far too painful. It's the leakage after that I don't know how to fix. Can't cope ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

At the risk of sounding like a broken record I would inquire about a LIS if you are in this much agony.
I've had experience with almost every procedure that the UK offers including the Recto creams and none of it truly works. They are just temp measures to try and relax the internal Sphincter. The LIS surgery permanently relieves the spasms and promotes faster healing.
