my husband has been in ICU then a regular room for severe epiglotitis. He's been on 2 antibiotics & steriods for 10 days intraveinouisly. Once he is home, how long should i keep people with colds and/or sickness away from him? I want to set boundaries now with family & friends.

About 3 weeks on average. It depends on how quickly your husband recovers.
