After Catheter Ablation concerns..

Hi everyone,

I had my ablation on Thursday 20th which was successful . But have had a few concerns yesterday and today.

I feel like my blood pressure is so low because on the two times this has happened my head has become so wavy and I get a surge of panic and feeling of sick.. I take deep breaths and it goes.

This does not happen every time I stand up and only last for about 5-10 seconds. Has anyone experienced this? I am scared I'm going to faint.

    Hi Hun congratulations on your successful ablation I get this sensation as well but I have svt and haven't had the ablation my doctor said it's anxiety maybe give the hospital a call and ask what it could be

    This is completely normal your heart is healing. I had mine and I was feeling the same you are going to feel like that for three weeks. Are you taking any medication? Ema

    Hi Hannah. I had my ablation on the 10th of this month and I experienced a few problems. I had instances of minor chest pain and dizziness etc. Emma is correct in saying the heart needs time to recover. All the best. Bob
